Natural Crafts

“I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn't say any other way”

A Creative Workshop at
your event

Add presence, creativity, and meaningful connection to your next gathering, festival, or retreat.
Each workshop is fully adapted to the spirit, theme, and rhythm of your event.

Festivals & Retreats

Forest Native workshops offer an inviting, all-ages creative space where children and adults can pause, explore, and create together using natural materials.
Participants leave with a meaningful, handmade object-

a lasting reminder of their journey and experience.

Birthdays & Family Gatherings

Whether it’s a birthday, a family celebration, or a seasonal holiday, creating something beautiful is a special way to celebrate together.

Children and adults create side by side using natural materials, slowing down and enjoying meaningful time together.

Women’s Circles

Creating together among women becomes a powerful, intentional practice.
Through simple ancient crafts, we reconnect with the feminine creative energy within — expressing whatever arises through our hands.

The workshop can honor a life transition, a birthday, a birth, or simply offer a meaningful way to gather together.

Create as a way to connect

As an eco-therapist and visual designer, I bring together both aspects of my life into one creative practice.

I gather ideas, inspiration, and materials from the nature around me, and I’ll guide you step by step in creating your own unique pieces — using traditional craft techniques, intuition, and imagination.

Each session is an invitation to slow down, create and flow with natural rhythms.

I offer private sessions and group workshops for both adults and children in all ages.

I also integrate these crafts into my therapeutic work as a form of art therapy and creative expression.

No prior experience is needed - these workshops are open to everyone.

Forest Dwarves-
A Magical Nature craft

Deep in the forest, tiny beings come to life - soulful, playful, and full of wonder.

Each forest dwarf is born from the gifts of nature: acorns, pinecones, branches, and leaves, woven together with corn husks, beads, and threads of cotton.

Guided step by step, we’ll create our own little forest spirits, inspired by the ancient tradition of corn husk dolls — keepers of stories, wishes, and imagination.

In my eco-therapy work, these gentle figures often become mirrors of our inner world - a way to meet our hidden characters, our deep desires, and the voices within.

Through simple creation, we reconnect - with nature, with play, and with ourselves.

For children (3+) and adults.

Felt Doll Making

Discover the gentle art of handcrafting your own felted doll — made with naturally dyed wool and a touch of magic.

Connect with this soft, feminine craft, where wool, color, and imagination come together to spark your creativity and bring warmth to your hands and heart.

This is a two-session workshop:

Session One – Learn the basics of felt sewing, choose your unique pattern, and begin creating your one-of-a-kind doll.
Session Two – Continue shaping your creation with care — adding stuffing, delicate embroidery, and even tiny sounds that bring your doll to life when you shake it.

This workshop is perfect for adults, or for a parent and a child (8+) to enjoy together.

Paper Printing & Bookbinding

Explore the poetic world of paper, color, and nature.
In these creative workshops, we’ll play with natural printing techniques on eco-friendly papers - using leaves, flowers, and colors to create unique and personal works of art.

You’ll have the chance to combine different techniques in your piece:

  • add hand embroidery on paper,

  • design and bind your own notebooks or journals

  • craft handmade greeting cards for birthdays, holidays, or simply to share a moment of beauty.

Perfect for all ages, these workshops can also be tailored for special occasions or birthdays.

Mama and baby soft crafts

A gentle space for mothers and babies -

to share, connect, and create.

A creative and relaxed space where we use soft, natural materials such as macramé, felt, and weaving to make simple, beautiful crafts.

As a new mother myself, I know how meaningful these moments of connection can be - a lifeline of understanding and shared creativity.

That’s why I love holding space for mothers: to listen, to create, and to nurture beauty together.

Each session invites you to explore a new nature-based craft, making handmade accessories for your baby while enjoying open conversation, calm presence, and a gentle sense of community.

Earth Play

A playful and grounding experience that invites creativity, calm, and connection to nature.

For adults, we begin with gentle movement and meditation to connect with the earth, then move into a creative process using soil, seeds, leaves, and natural materials gathered from the surroundings.

For children, the workshop becomes a space for free play and discovery - exploring textures, colors, and imagination through the same natural materials.

Perfect for all ages, this workshop is ideal for birthdays, family gatherings, women’s circles, or eco-friendly events.

It is also included as part of the "Four Elements Eco-Therapy Workshop" for adults.

Basket Weaving

There’s something deeply grounding in creating something both beautiful and useful from 100% natural materials.

In these sessions, you’ll learn how to weave your own basket using plants and fibers gathered from nature, discovering the quiet rhythm and calm that comes with each circular, never-ending movement.

We’ll explore the materials, techniques, and the mindful process that turns weaving into a form of meditation — a dialogue between hands, heart, and nature.

Sessions can be arranged as private lessons, group workshops, or as an ongoing journey to learn different styles of weaving and create a variety of objects.

Wild Dream Catchers

Dream catchers have long been symbols of protection and hope - an ancient craft from South America, once woven by native peoples while praying.

The practice itself is slow, mindful, and deeply calming - a meditation through the hands.

In this workshop, we’ll weave our own dream catchers using natural branches, cotton threads, feathers, pinecones, and beads found in nature.
Each creation becomes a personal symbol of intention, beauty, and the quiet rhythm of being.

This activity is perfect for children and adults, together or on their own - a simple, creative way to reconnect with nature and with yourself.

Suitable for all ages.

Macramé – Weaving Beauty

A macramé workshop for all experience levels - whether you’re discovering this craft for the first time or already love working with your hands.

Together, we’ll explore the world of macramé: learning about the materials, preparing them for use, and practicing different types of knots and patterns.

You’ll create your own unique macramé piece, using branches gathered from nature as the base and 100% cotton rope for weaving.

This is a mindful, creative experience- a meeting point between patience, rhythm, and beauty.

Suitable for adults and children aged 7+

Woven crafts

The woven mandala is a traditional craft that originated in South America.
It’s a wonderful activity for children of all ages - simple and playful at first, yet full of possibilities for more complexity and creativity as we grow.

We’ll use natural sticks as the base, weaving colorful wool threads and adding small treasures from nature to create your own unique piece.

This craft invites calm, focus, and expression - perfect for outdoor activities, family groups, or a women’s circle in nature.

Suitable for children of all ages and adults.
