About me

Walking the Path of Nature

I’m Tal Tara — a certified Eco-Therapist, group facilitator, creator, and mother, guided by a deep love for the healing power of nature.

I support women through life’s transitions, helping them reconnect with their authentic voice, inner strength, and wild soul.

In my work, I weave together the elements of nature - working with earth, water, fire, and air as mirrors for the emotional and psychological landscapes within us.

Through ritual, natural crafts, and other practices, I offer a grounded and nurturing space where you can meet the different parts of yourself with clarity, compassion, and love.

My path has carried me through the worlds of art, design, motherhood, personal healing, and immersive training in Eco-therapy.

Today, I offer a warm and heart-centered approach that invites you to return to yourself — gently and with both feet on the earth.

My Journey

Or - How I found my way back to me

My path began in the world of art and design, where I studied Visual Communication and later worked in the tech industry as a graphic designer and UX/UI specialist. I loved shaping ideas and creating with people — but over time, my body and heart began signaling that something essential was missing.

During my mother’s illness, I stepped into the world of natural healing. This journey led me to meditation, deep ecology, and eventually back to my hands — to basket weaving, natural crafts, foraging, and long days in wild landscapes.

Through women’s circles, ritual, and time in nature, I began peeling away old layers and reconnecting with my true self.

When the call to guide became clear, I studied Eco-therapy and trained in shamanic tools, psychotherapy approaches, guided imagery, dreamwork, expressive arts, and ritual work. For the first time, I felt fully aligned with my purpose.

Since then, I’ve facilitated women’s circles, rites of passage, and one-on-one sessions, weaving nature, creativity, and therapeutic tools into a grounded and transformative experience.

Motherhood has also shaped me deeply. Birthing and raising my two sons opened new layers of presence, softness, and strength.

Two years ago, we relocated to Portugal, where nature held me through the transition and helped us rebuild our sense of home.

Today, together with my husband, we are creating a healing space in Portugal — a home for Eco-therapy, deep ecology learning, and nature-based connection for families and communities.

I Look Forward to Meeting You in the Forest!
